2008/2009 ACADEMIC SESSION

PROCEDURE FOR REGISTRATION FOR ALL FRESHERS

Candidates are expected to follow the underlisted procedure to ensure a hitch free registration exercise.

(1)        Download a copy of admission slip from the University portal: www.theunad.org and proceed to the Admission’s Office of the University in Room 033 Ground Floor of OMOLAYO ADMINISTRATION BUILDING to submit  photocopies of all  credentials, namely academic and professional qualifications (i.e. SSCE, NECO, NABTEB, ND,OND, NCE, ICAN, ATS, etc) for the purpose of verification.  A certificate will be issued to the candidates thereby for the Clearance of Entry Qualification.  This is COMPULSORY as Central Screening cannot be done without this Certificate.  Deadline for the submission of entry credentials to the Admission’s Office is Wednesday 17^th December, 2008

(2)        Purchase the University Acceptance Access Card from any of the University banks to complete the online registration.

(3)        Proceed to the Faculty for their Departmental and Faculty registration, with the following documents:

            (i)         20 Passport-sized photograph.

            (ii)        Originals and photocopies of credentials.

            (iii)       Originals and photocopies of downloaded admission and acceptance Letters

(iv)       Local Government Attestation letter.

(v)        Letter of undertaking from Parents/Guardians stating that their children/wards will not belong to any unregistered association in the University and that they agree that such children/wards be sanctioned in line with University regulations if found liable.

(4)        Candidates should report to the Admissions Office as soon as they see this advertisement.
