2008/2009 ACADEMIC SESSION
GUIDELINES FOR REGISTRATION OF PRE-DEGREE STUDENTS
1. Student prints the Admission Notification Slip from the internet.
2. Student pays the Acceptance Fee of Ten thousand, five hundred naira (N10,500.00) to the designated bank and obtains a scratch card with which to print out the Acceptance Fee Receipt.
3. Student proceeds to the Admissions Officer in Room 033 Ground Floor Omolayo Administrative Building for verification of entry qualification certificate and obtains a Verification Certificate.
4(a) Student proceeds with the Acceptance Fee Receipt (in 2 above) to the Unit
Admin. Secretary with the following documents:
(a) Acceptance Fee Receipt
(b) Pre-Degree Result Printout
(c) Provisional Admission Slip
(d) Verification Certificate from the Admission Officer
4(b) Student collects a Recommendation for Certification Slip to this effect.
5. Student proceeds to the Secretary, Directorate of Pre-Degree Programmes to
collect a Certification Slip of eligibility to pay.
6. Student pays the prescribed charges and levies at the designated banks on presentation of the Certificate Slip (in 5 above) Students log on to the University website www.theunad.org. Click on on-line payment link, enter the Pin Code at the back of the e-registration Scratch Card, enter the number on the bank Pay-In-Slip (Teller) and New ID Number as appropriate and download the receipt for the payment.
7. Student go back to the University website, Click on Online Registration link to register for Courses, download the completed e-registration form and make three (3) photocopies from it.
8. Student returns to the Secretary, Directorate of Pre-Degree Programmes for Registration Materials upon representation of teller/receipt for payment (in 6 above).
9. Student proceeds to the respective Pre-Degree Programme Unit (i.e. Education, Humanities or Science) for signing of the registration (Course Forms)
10. Finally, the duly signed Online Registration Form would be distributed as follows:
(a) Director/Secretary
(b) Asst. Director/Admin. Secretary
(c) Student
